    We offer a variety of unique pieces, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, brooches, and bespoke creations tailored to our clients' desires. We also have collections of loose gemstones for investment or to adorn your future settings.

  • Can I place an order online?

    We do not have an online store. We prioritize personalized human contact to provide expert advice and the best visual and sensory experience with our boutique, our gemstones, and our jewellery.

    However, if visiting the boutique is too complicated and you have set your sights on one of our in-stock pieces, we can facilitate certain remote sales. We will communicate via email and/or video call (through WhatsApp), and once payment is received, we will arrange secure delivery of the desired item.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all available payment options: cash (up to €3,000), credit or debit cards (Maestro, Bancontact/Payconiq, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Alipay), or bank transfers. For significant transactions, please check the limits with your bank.

  • How should I care for my jewellery?

    We recommend having your jewellery maintained regularly. You can use our maintenance and cleaning service in-store once a year, where we will provide advice on the frequency and best practices to keep your jewellery sparkling.

  • What are your manufacturing and delivery times?

    Manufacturing times vary depending on the type of jewellery ordered. Expect between 2 weeks for wedding bands and 6-8 weeks for other custom projects.

    Once the jewellery is made, we prefer in-store pickup for security reasons and to make any necessary adjustments on-site (e.g., resizing your ring). In some cases, we can arrange secure home delivery (allow about one week).

  • Do you offer warranties on your jewellery?

    Yes, we offer a 10-year warranty on all our jewellery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and necessary repairs due to normal use. To benefit from this extended warranty, we ask you to visit us in-store annually for a quick check-up of your pieces. It will also be the ideal opportunity to clean your jewellery.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    We do not accept returns but consider them on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges may also be possible under certain conditions. Contact us to discuss the available options based on your situation.

  • Do you offer jewellery for men?

    Yes, we offer a selection of men’s jewellery in our stock, including rings, bracelets, cufflinks, and other accessories. Custom creations for men are also available.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our boutique on Boulevard de Waterloo is open Monday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, while our boutique on Place du Sablon is open Tuesday to Saturday at the same hours. Please check our Google page for holiday closures.

  • Can I visit the workshop?

    Yes, you can visit our workshops by appointment. This includes an immersive experience in our creation process and an engaging exchange with our craftsmen.

  • What customization services do you offer?

    We offer customization services including engraving, bespoke design, and adaptation of existing pieces to create unique pieces of jewellery.

  • Can I benefit from tax-free shopping if I am a non-EU resident or a diplomat?

    Yes, in such cases, we issue invoices that you can claim for tax refund at customs (for VAT reimbursement). We also work closely with Global Blue for tax refunds. Contact us for more details on the procedures.

  • What are your commitments to social and environmental responsibility?

  • What are your manufacturing times for custom creations?

    Manufacturing times for custom creations generally range from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the design complexity, availability of gemstones, and materials used.

  • Do you organize events or workshops?

  • Can I get an appraisal of my jewellery?

    Yes, we offer appraisal and expert services for your jewellery. Schedule an appointment online for a consultation with one of our experts.

  • Are your jewellery pieces hypoallergenic?

    Our jewellery is either made from 18-carat gold or platinum, which are precious and hypoallergenic metals, minimizing the risk of allergies, itching, and ensuring comfort and durability.

  • What should I prepare to have my jewellery or gemstone appraised?

    To have a gemstone appraised, bring the item along with its certificate of authenticity or proof of purchase.

  • How can I sell gold, gemstones, or jewellery?

    Please make an appointment to sell your treasures. After remote discussions, we will let you know what to bring (the items in question, proof of purchase, certificates of authenticity, etc.) to determine the value and either make a purchase offer or refer you to trusted establishments.

  • Are your appraisals charged?

    Our appraisals (value certificates) may be free or charged, depending on the type of service requested. Contact us for an estimate of the fees.
